En esta primera fase se han construido\u00a0<span class=\"negrita\"><b>66 apartamentos<\/b><\/span><strong>\u00a0en r\u00e9gimen de\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>alquiler\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>y\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>160 aparcamientos<\/b><\/span><strong>\u00a0para veh\u00edculos<\/strong>. Se trata de la primera de las\u00a0<span class=\"negrita\">dos fases<\/span>\u00a0en que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este proyecto y que en su conjunto contempla la construcci\u00f3n de\u00a0<span class=\"negrita\">160 alojamientos<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El <\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>50%<\/b><\/span><strong>, 33 pisos, estar\u00e1n ocupados por personas\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>menores de 30 a\u00f1os<\/b><\/span> que cuenten con ingresos de trabajo iguales o superiores al Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional y hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 2 veces este baremo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto contempla un modelo de apartamento adaptado para personas con\u00a0<span class=\"negrita\">problemas de movilidad<\/span>, con<strong> una superficie de unos\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>51 m2<\/b><\/span><strong>, mientras que\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>el resto<\/b><\/span><strong>\u00a0tendr\u00e1n\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"negrita\"><b>entre 30 y 40 m2<\/b><\/span>. En esta primera fase se han construido seis apartamentos adaptados. Los<strong> precios de alquiler oscilan\u00a0entre los 150 \u20ac y los 350 \u20ac al mes<\/strong>\u00a0en funci\u00f3n de los ingresos de la unidad convivencial.<\/p>\n<p>Los alojamientos dotacionales son recursos residenciales con instalaciones y servicios comunes, y de obligado\u00a0<b>car\u00e1cter rotatorio<\/b>. La rotaci\u00f3n se garantiza al limitarse el tiempo que se puede disfrutar de este tipo de apartamentos.
