{"id":46858,"date":"2021-10-26T13:56:56","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T11:56:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bilbaogazte.bilbao.eus\/es\/?p=46858"},"modified":"2021-10-26T13:56:56","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T11:56:56","slug":"bilbao-contara-en-2022-con-una-oficina-de-asesoramiento-en-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bilbaogazte.bilbao.eus\/es\/2021\/10\/26\/bilbao-contara-en-2022-con-una-oficina-de-asesoramiento-en-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Bilbao contar\u00e1 en 2022 con una oficina de asesoramiento en vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tendr\u00e1 como funci\u00f3n<strong>\u00a0asesorar a la ciudadan\u00eda\u00a0<\/strong>y orientarla en la tramitaci\u00f3n de las cuestiones vinculadas con esta materia, como el alquiler, el acceso a las ayudas que ofrece la administraci\u00f3n o las gestiones necesarias para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de sus viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las principales conclusiones del diagn\u00f3stico realizado en el a\u00f1o 2020 destaca la\u00a0<strong>identificaci\u00f3n de 4.358 viviendas vac\u00edas\u00a0<\/strong>en Bilbao, cifra muy similar a la de 2018 (4.240), de las que<strong>\u00a02.122<\/strong>\u00a0llevan al menos dos a\u00f1os en esa situaci\u00f3n por lo que se consideran\u00a0<strong>susceptibles de ser movilizadas para su alquiler.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan datos del Observatorio Vasco de la Juventud, unas 37.000 personas de entre 18 y 34 a\u00f1os a\u00fan resid\u00edan en la vivienda familiar en el a\u00f1o 2020<\/strong>. Se estima que unas 10.000 personas de entre 18 y 44 a\u00f1os con ingresos tienen necesidad de una vivienda.
